If the playing cards are unopened and unused, we offer a 7-day no-reason return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once the playing cards have been opened, they cannot be refunded unless there is a quality issue.

If there is a quality problem, we can arrange a replacement or provide a refund. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost when applicable.
